Under PM Narendra Modi and EAM S. Jaishankar the BJP in India has done the unconceivable- they have almost gotten rid of poverty, and they have formulated a brand new foreign policy based on equality and the recognition of the true value of the global South instead of the 5I always ruling over the entire world and the UN covertly. We Indians should be proud of the fact that some painful memories of the past have been wiped out and we can now envisage a brand new future filled with infinite possibilities. Keeping this giant leap of faith in mind, I feel that we can relax and work joyfully instead of working on like in the past owing to our poverty laden destiny. But instead of slowing down due to the progress we have made, both material and in spirit, we have started overworking like never before most foolishly. I feel that the older generation, especially in politics, should allow the youth of our country to take over the responsibility of running the nation more efficiently. Most employees in the corporate sector have some kind of mental issue or the other tragically because of all their work related stress and a poverty driven mindset that refuses to accept all the positive changes in the collective mindset of the entire nation most sadly. Everybody should know that employees the world over have to work at extremely low salaries with their overwork becoming a foolish pattern and trend that they perpetrate out of sheer ignorance and their middle class identities. If a country is about to achieve the 5G status globally, why should its employees, both public and private, be tortured so inhumanely? The corporate employees should assert their personal and professional rights and fight for what is theirs knowledgably and skillfully. This is much better than slogging away like mules out of our poverty-laden mindsets and genes and families. Most materially well off South-borne countries do not desire to accept their own North-borne methods and practices. They are unaware of the fact that they have now emerged out of their centuries and eons of subjugation and slavery, leading them to overwork and continue in their collective miserly misery.
Most of the better students get employed without knowing what the global trends are operating at the job-front in India and other foreign companies. They don’t have the courage to stand up to their bosses, and they keep conforming, obeying and complying like very mentally challenged slaves and serfs so pathetically.
Most employees are at the mercy of their bosses and they are just silent about all their problems being largely inarticulate and submissive just like their parents used to be. In many ways their families are still reeling under the influence of the invaders of the previous centuries. They continue to be slavish forming criminal Islamic gangs and liaising with all kinds of economic failures and other legally failed people, despite belonging to the silent majority. There is no other reason for their silence except for their own inner deficiency and inability to succeed on their own singularly. Such people keep sticking onto better qualified people and those who can express themselves and articulate all their problems, gains and losses successfully. Such silent and crazy people never approach the cops because they know that they are full of faults and criminal tendencies themselves together with their obsolete family structures because they refuse to stop piling on to other straight and non-LGBTQIA people just because they are apparently ‘intelligent’ troublemakers that are actually gay and trans in their entire personalities. Many other straight but average people look up to such people who are gross misogynists and tyrannical to the core in their degenerate personas and they are so stupid as to want a lot of favors from apparently the same people who hate them and their families. They don’t even know that they are being hated and ignored royally. Most such pile-ons are filling up the offices of our poor country with most of us making our living without any subjugation or association with those non-entities.
